If you can tell me why my normal theme isn't loading and how to fix it,and tell me why this

Is the header photo too big? Maybe it's that? Have you done any add ons? Can you take the Cutline theme back to basic? Remove the header photo and just take it back to zero.
I have no idea. But my other half,generous enough to design and maintain two of my websites,said:
a quick fix... in would be to just add this to the stylesheet:
img#kosa-target-image{display:none !important;}
but it's not a real fix
